- This card was part of the deal of being a Premier customer and is free for life. Not too impressed with customer service which is pretty poor. Never really got anything from HSBC to promote the card so never bothered to use it ..their miles program is not as strong as skywards either..

- I had a car from ENBD and thank God i have finished my loan but for some personal reasons i have lost my car registration ID (Mulkiyya ID), so on the release of the vehicle the bank staff asked for the ID and i have explained that i have lost it but i assumed that they will have a copy of the file. but i was surprised when the staff told me that they have lost the document. how could a bank be so irresponsible so i didnt got my release letter.

It was a very easy product to set up and get going but the rate is not fantastic. However, if you do not know where else to put your money, it is a good place to start as at least there is a higher rate than leaving the money in your current account.
