Great card - i did my homework and compared with ADCB and all the Skywards. This was better than any of the other cards. Annual fee is lower and get the most points per $ (or AED). Plus the free companion ticket is great - no one else is doing that I think. A bit slow to get the card at first, but telephone customer service is excellent.

I have very good experience with the customer service of NBD , I had payed by mistake towards my Visa card instead of master card and overpaid in both the accounts . Upon requesting to the customer service they adjusted all the payments appropriately, as well as reversed back all my excess payments to my current account .
