HSBC Premier has really let me down. I have been premier customer in London, Singapore and I have to say that the service is Dubai is shocking. My relationship manager could not care less what I do and her answer to questions very often just does not help.... If that is what they call Priviledged Account, I would hate to know what the normal HSBC account customer experiences.
