Thus an efficient customer complaints handling procedure is key to ensure that. We at Souqalmal are
all ears and the customers are encouraged to note the following if they wish to escalate their
grievance to our management.
Your complaints or grievances shall be registered and the matter shall be resolved within five working
days. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may reach out to the Consumer Protection at
the Central Bank of Bahrain.
