These results are a drop from last year’s (2012) survey, when 15 percent of UAE customers were happy with their bank. Some 14 percent of those surveyed were neutral on their bank and 74 percent would not recommend their bank to their close friends and family.

The results also suggest that Noor Bank tops the charts in terms of recommendations from its customers, followed by Emirates NBD.
